United Dairy Farmers will build a new refrigerated warehouse next to its current facility in Erlanger, Northern Kentucky Tri-ED said Monday.
The 104,000-square-foot facility will serve as a regional warehousing and distribution center for the Norwood-based convenience store chain, according to a release from Tri-ED, the economic development agency for Northern Kentucky. It is expected to create about 40 new jobs.
The warehouse will be built next to UDF’s 126,000-square-foot facility on Crescent Springs Road in Erlanger, which employs 96.
United Dairy Farmers operates about 200 stores in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
